Neuroscience of Depression

NeuroFest 2021

For the first time, the Center for Neuroscience hosted its popular NeuroFest event online via Zoom and Gather Town. Nearly 400 people registered for the fun, action-packed two-day event on March 12-13, 2021.

This year’s theme, Healthy Brain, Healthy Mind: Progress in Mental Health Research, showcased how neuroscientists are identifying genes, pathways, and networks to inform novel approaches for innovative treatments and cures for mental health disorders. Attendees enjoyed fun and educational interactive booths and voted for their favorite NeuroBlitz presented by Center for Neuroscience graduate students.
