Dr. Tyler Lesh is a clinical psychologist who specializes in using a variety of neuroimaging modalities to better understand factors the underlie psychotic disorders. He has a particular interest in the impact of cannabis use and neuroimmune factors on cognition and clinical outcomes in individuals with psychosis. In the Conte Center, he contributes his expertise in clinical and cognitive assessment of individuals with schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder. Dr. Lesh is responsible for the implementation and analysis of human diffusion imaging measures and contributes to the design, analysis, and interpretation of task-fMRI and neuromelanin-sensitive MRI data. He also assists in analyses integrating diffusion, behavioral, cognitive and social measures obtained in both human and animal subjects.
