Auditory localization pathway in barn owls.

 

The Techniques

Microcircuit reconstruction. This includes in vivo electrophysiology, auditory and visual mapping, in vitro tracer injection, immmunohistochemistry, confocal microscopy, super-resolution microscopy, electron microscopy, computer-based 3D visualization, microanatomical measurement, simulations and boostrap analysis.
