The center is currently located in two modern buildings, with a total of 22,000 square feet, at the University Research Park in south Davis. The center's main building is a two-story structure with offices and laboratories for the director and several faculty members, administrative offices, a library and conference room, and research support facilities available to both resident center members and those members not housed at the center. The second building, located directly across the st reet from the main building, provides contemporary offices and research facilities for several other faculty members.

An additional 32,000 square feet of related research space is located adjacent to the Center by the School of Medicine, bringing the total amount of neuroscience research space in the University Research Park to 54,000 square feet.
